Rental Information

Tel Hai Camp & Retreat is available for churches, Christian schools, and other para-church organizations whose objectives agree with the camp by-laws and who are in sympathy with the camp's Statement of Faith. 
Reservation Process

• Verbal reservations may be held for two weeks.
• A contract must be signed and returned with a deposit of 25% of expected total.
• The detail sheet, tax exemption certificate, and other information is required by the listed due dates.
• A final count is due no later than five days prior to arrival.

Important Details

• Minimum booking of one night and three meals. 
• Minimum group size is 15.
• Minimum and maximum numbers are required when you book. You will be obligated to pay for no less than your minimum guarantee number.
• The package rates generally include meals, lodging, one meeting room, a snack each evening and scheduled recreation times (gym, mini-golf and boating when available).
• Facilities are not available for retreats mid June through August.
• Facilities for day groups are generally not available on weekends.

Rental Rates

Weekend Package: 5 meals, two nights, two snacks, one meeting room, scheduled recreation times.

• Goshen, Jaffa, Bethel, & Berea: $119.80 per person.
• Spruce Lodge & Log Cabins: $129.80 per person.
• Beechwood Lodge (private rooms; linens provided):
  • $191.80 (double Occupancy)
  • $171.90 (Triple & Quad Occupancy)
  • $227.80 (Single Occupancy)

One Night Retreats:  Day rate plus 40% surcharge.

Three & Four Night Retreats: 5% discount.

Day Guest Rates: Breakfast $7.60, Lunch $10.70, Supper $12.95. Lodging varies.
